Check-in on Tuesday, November 1st is at 4:00pm, and programming will begin in the early evening with a welcome dinner. Formal programming ends late on Wednesday evening, and check-out on Thursday, November 3rd no later than 12:00pm. For those who golf, we are offering tee times on the Seaside Course between 9:00 - 10:20am.

We suggest flying into Savannah (SAV) or Jacksonville (JAX) airports, which are 75 and 60 minutes from the resort, respectively. Rideshare services, e.g. Uber, are available. If you would like us to arrange ground transportation between the Resort and the hotel, please provide us with your flight details no later than [October 10].
