Long Ridge is handling all accommodations and ground transportation to and from the resort. We ask that attendees arrange their flights to and from the Summit.

All flight details must be submitted to executivesummit@long-ridge.com by October 8th in order for car service to be arranged.

Arrival Details

• Check-in: Resort check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 29th. Formal programming begins that evening with welcome drinks at 6:00 PM.

  • If you arrive earlier than 4:00 PM, the resort will make efforts to accommodate an earlier check-in, but it is not guaranteed. You are more than welcome to drop your bags off with the front desk and explore the resort until your room is ready.

• Airports: We recommend flying into SAV (90 min drive to the resort), JAX (75 min drive), or BQK (35 min drive). From there, we will arrange car service to the resort. We recommend targeting flights that arrive early to mid-afternoon on Wednesday.

Departure Details

• Check-out: Formal programming ends late on Thursday evening, and check-out on Friday, October 31st is at 12:00 PM. Long Ridge will arrange car service to the airport.

• Optional Golf: There is no formal programming on Friday, aside from an optional round of golf on the Seaside Course (tee times start at 8:00 AM). Please indicate your interest on your RSVP form, linked here.

  • If you are golfing, we strongly recommend booking an early evening departure flight (e.g. 5:00 PM at the earliest).
